I’m excited to share my Virtual Weighted Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training—a self-paced online course for yogis and teachers who want to deepen their practice, build strength, and integrate mental wellness into movement.
In 12 chapters and 65 lessons, you’ll learn how to safely incorporate weights into yoga, explore the connection between movement and mental health, and strengthen your skills in anatomy, sequencing, cueing, and professional ethics.
